The Foundations Sessions are recommended for anyone who is new to Functional Fitness. These sessions are set out to provide anyone with the skills required to take part of our Functional Fitness WOD’s (workout of the day). Not only will this be a fun experience but a vital chance to learn the skills needed to be safe and efficient when moving.
This introduction to Functional Fitness is meant to be ran for several weeks until you are comfortable with the movements.
