Dynamo Health is an online nutrition, fitness, lifestyle coaching, and health-based organization. Our goals are to educate you and help you achieve your health goals whether they be feel better, perform better, wear that bikini, gain strength and/or muscle, or even help you reduce or remove a lifestyle condition such as type 2 diabetes and hypertension for example.
With our online coaching we know there isn’t one approach that works for everyone. We look at the whole person and go from there, working with you to find what health means to you and how best to achieve it!

Coach Tabatha Baker, MSHEP, Pn1, CDC-DLC, CHC, CPT
Tabatha holds two academic degrees from Purdue University (an MS in Health Education and Promotion and a BS in Health & Wellness); early this year, she returned to Purdue to earn her Doctor of Health Sciences degree. She is a United States Air Force veteran and has worked in various settings within our healthcare systems, offering her a perspective many do not possess. She specializes in all wellness components (mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical), health behavior, nutrition, fitness, natural supplementation, and disease prevention. She describes wellness as “being more than just disease-free; it is an active and dynamic process of personal growth & change.”
Throughout her 20-plus year career in healthcare, she has helped many achieve their life & health goals through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle management by supporting, educating, and empowering them to redefine their health. She is highly skilled in change-talk, nutrition, fitness, and aging well across the lifespan. She continues to work closely with physicians to assist patients with conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, and PCOS (helping many to conceive without in vitro fertilization).
In January 2020, Tabatha brought her passion and experience to life by founding Dynamo Health, LLC. She created Dynamo Nutrition & Fitness, a free health education and promotion group that has helped hundreds achieve goals. She has authored two cookbooks (including sole authorship of PHNMFit’s 2021 cookbook), educating others that healthy and tasty can co-exist. Additionally, Tabatha is a Health Educator for the Department of Defense, working with the Department of the Army and their H2F program.
In 2021, Tabatha was chosen to compete in Muscle & Fitness HERS magazine’s Ms. Health & Wellness and became a Top 5 contestant. Lastly, she prioritizes continuing education and holds many professional certifications from Precision Nutrition, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Clinical Health Coach, and more.

Coach "DK" - Donald Kidwell
DK is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked in the corporate sector for years after his service in the USAF. Being in the corporate world as an executive (COO) he became physically inactive and very overweight prompting him to have a come to Jesus’ moment one day in the emergency room. Taking the advice of the doctor he proceeded to change both his life AND health. He discovered the CrossFit community and fell in love with functional fitness so much so, he bought a gym (coined the term “box” in the functional fitness (CrossFit) community). The functional fitness exposure also introduced him to Olympic and Power Lifting! DK is passionate about his health goals (more strength and power than physique-based), and truly practices what he suggestions to those he helps.
DK has owned several boxes over the years (still does) and trains people daily in person and online. He is both CrossFit Level 1 and USAW Level 1 certified. If you want a male coach, have strength, power, or even physique-based goals (as many of his clients do) or just want to try functional fitness-style programming, he is your man!
